Garment Care

Before washing, always look at the care label on the garment and carefully follow the instructions.  Most good quality detergents, washing machines and fabrics are manufactured to ensure that when the stated instructions are adhered to and the garment is washed according to the said temperature and dried as per the procedures mentioned; they will wash well and look good after each wash.

Embroidery
Our garments are embroidered using Madeira Classic or Polyneon threads.  Due to its resistance to Chlorine*, POLYNEON is the ideal embroidery thread for those items with frequent staining or requiring frequent or heavy duty washing/laundering. Recommended for sportswear, swimwear, children's wear and workwear; particularly hotel, catering and food trade items.

The WORLDWIDE NUMBER ONE, Madeira CLASSIC is a beautiful vibrant viscose rayon thread with exceptional high sheen and is suitable for all types of embroidery.

We would recommend that you follow the instructions on your garment for washing to ensure that the embroidered personalisation continues to look good.

Vinyl & Transfer Prints
Our Heat Transfer Vinyl is a textile transfer film with pleasant touch and certified by Oeko-Tex standard 100. It excels with its perfect wash and colour stability properties. It is suitable for cottons, polyesters and polycottons and is washable up to 60 degrees.  Our glitter vinyls are washable upto 40 degrees.

In order to keep your garment looking good, we recommend that garments that have been printed using HTV or Transfers are washed inside out, on 40 degree heat, do not use fabric conditioner as the chemicals in the product may affect print, do not tumble dry or leave to dry directly on a hot radiator and iron inside out (do not place hot iron directly onto the vinyl/transfer).
