Delivery & Returns

Orders can be cancelled/amended within 24 hours if we have not started work on your order.

UK Deliveries
Standard delivery by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for:  £4.19 (Medium sized package, up to 2kg)

If you are likely to be out when the delivery arrives, you can specify an alternative delivery address during the order process.  Please contact us at hello@treasuredwear.co.uk if you need assistance with this. 

Items can also be collected in person from our workshop Treasued Wear, Principal House, 137 Church Street, Horwich, BL6 7BR free of charge.  

Returns Process

Faulty Item

Obviously, we hope that you love your order, but if you need to return it due to a manufacturing fault with an item we've tried to make it as easy as possible.  

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item via email (hello@treasuredwear.co.uk) with details of what is wrong with the item.  We will then provide a prepaid postage label & you will need to drop the package off at the Post Office within 5 days of receipt of the label.

Once the item has been received back & checked we will confirm if the refund is being processed along with timescales. 

Changing your mind - after dispatch

If you change your mind after you receive your item, you should notify us of this within 14 calendar days of you receiving your item.

In order to return your item you should:

Ensure that the item is still in the same condition that it was in when it was purchased, with all tags.  Items must not smell of perfume or food or similar, any items returned in this way will be returned to the customer. 

Notify us within 14 days that you would like to return the item by emailing hello@treasuredwear.co.uk

Once you have notified us of your return, you will receive an acknowledgement and instructions confirming how to return your item to us. 

You must cover the postage and shipping costs of your return. You should purchase a shipping label from a courier of your choice who offers a signed for/tracking service.

You must ensure that your item is returned to us within 7 calendar days of us acknowledging your return request.

Once we receive your returned item, we will conduct a quality check and we will notify you of the outcome of this. If your item is returnable, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 5 calendar days.

Outlet Sale items are non returnable & non refundable.

IMPORTANT- Please include the following when returning any item:

Full name, delivery address, order number, email address, reason for return

Failure to include the above will cause a delay.
