Standard delivery by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for: £4.00 (Medium sized package, up to 2kg)
If you are likely to be out when the delivery arrives, you can specify an alternative delivery address during the order process. Please contact us at email@example.com if you need assistance with this.
Items can also be collected in person from our shop (65 Flixton Road, Urmston, Manchester, M41 5AN) free of charge. Please make sure you select this option at checkout.
No Quibble Returns
Obviously, we hope that you love your order, but if you need to return it due to a manufacturing fault with an item we've tried to make it as easy as possible.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with details of what is wrong with the item. Personalised & customised items where designs have been amended as per customer request are non returnable/non refundable. Postage is not refunded.
Outlet Sale items are non returnable & non refundable.

Items must not smell of perfume or food or similar, any items returned in this way will be returned to the customer.
IMPORTANT- Please include the following when returning any item:
Full name, delivery address, order number, email address, reason for return
Failure to include the above will cause a delay.
